**Please Note: While Genesis Christian Academy uses its best efforts to maintain affordable, family-friendly tuition rates and fees, we may have to raise the annual tuition rates and fees from time to time for children attending the Program.

***School tuition is a yearly fee that can be paid in full or divided into installment payments. Tuition and childcare costs are different costs. Tuition payments are due by the 5th and 15th of each month by 5:00 pm or a late charge will be incurred. You will be charged a 5% late charge per day on any overdue balance per student (ie.: if your due date is the 5th, late fees start on the 6th and if your due date is the 15th, late fees start on the 16th). Late fees incur beginning on the 5th - 9th or 16th - 20th, but all fees must be paid by the 16th or 20th based on your due date. If any past due balance has not been paid within that time, the student(s) will not be permitted to return to class until the account is paid and late fees will continue to be incurred daily.
****Preschool (K2 - K4) is a half-day program and childcare charges begin at 12:15 pm, following the instructional hours of 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

If any past due balance has not been paid within 10 days following the payment due date, the student(s) will not be permitted to return to class until the account is paid and late fees will continue to be incurred daily. Every effort will be made to help in the event of extenuating circumstances.
Any returned checks will have a $50 service charge. Two returned checks will result in making all future payments by credit card, money order, or cash. Payments may be made by cash, check, or money order. Payments may also be made by MasterCard or Visa debit/credit card, however, an additional 2% service fee will be added to the charged amount to cover the administrative fees of offering this service.
